Strata’s business spans complex, multi-discipline construction and project management services delivered across different geographies and industry sectors. The core challenge was to capture that scope online in a way that’s both authoritative and accessible: the site needed to present technical service offerings and sector specializations without overwhelming visitors, while also communicating trust and professional scale for prospective international clients.
At the same time, the platform had to be highly performant and responsive, ensure consistent branding across many pages, and be simple for Strata’s team to update as projects and services evolve.
From a development standpoint, we also needed to implement a structure that supports future additions (new sectors, region pages, project case studies) without requiring heavy redevelopment.
The Metagate delivered a complete front-to-back solution focused on clarity, performance and extensibility. We began with a content architecture that groups Strata’s offerings into intuitive categories — Services, Sectors, Projects, and Company — so users can quickly find relevant information. Each service and sector page was designed to balance concise explanatory copy with supporting visuals and project references to translate technical capabilities into clear client value.
On the visual side, we created a clean, professional UI system that uses modern layout patterns, strong typographic hierarchy, and large imagery to convey scale and credibility. Navigation was simplified with persistent, contextual menus and clear CTAs to guide leads toward contact or project enquiry. We implemented responsive design and extensive performance optimizations (code splitting, lazy loading for images and media, minimized render blocking) to keep load times low on mobile and desktop.
From a technical standpoint we built a modular, CMS-friendly backend (content models, editable hero blocks, project templates) so Strata’s team can add projects, update service pages, and publish regional content without developer intervention.
The solution also includes SEO foundations (semantic markup, metadata templates, sitemap), accessibility considerations, and analytics hooks so marketing and leadership can track engagement and iteratively improve content.
